What You’ll Do

As a Body Shop Estimator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate repair planning and an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide accurate pricing and repair estimates for all vehicles
• Prepare detailed estimates using CCC estimating systems
• Review vehicle condition and align estimates with shop and OEM standards
• Communicate clearly with customers, explaining repairs and costs
• Assign and present quotes with full transparency (including parts and labor)
• Perform pre-approval inspections and help define repair scope
• Manage multiple estimates and projects efficiently with minimal supervision

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated professional who takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with CCC estimating system
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Self-motivated, reliable, and punctual
• Comfortable working in a body shop environment
• Willingness to learn, grow, and continuously improve
• Ability to follow OEM repair standards and guidelines
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and reliable transportation.
• This job requires operation of a motor vehicle and therefore is classified as safety-sentitive work.  Applicant must           pass a pre-employment drug and background screening.
