Eskridge Lexus has an immediate opening for a full-time Parts Counter Specialist.

Parts Counter Specialist main responsibility is to assist all external and internal customers by selling parts, accessories, and supplies while providing information as needed. 

Experience

2 years automotive parts experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance with the goal of exceptional service to all customers.
• Provide our customers with a high level of service assisting in the selection of parts and accessories.  Provide price           quotes and other information, as necessary.
• Review body shop orders and communicate pricing to customers when needed. 
• Determine status of all special-order items and notify service advisor or customer of all cross ship and/or back-order       items.  Provide ETA if available.  Perform follow up on back-order items.
• Notify the service advisor and the customer when special ordered parts have been received.  Clear prepaid special           orders when the items have been handed out to the customer. 
• Communicate with delivery drivers and warehouse personnel to expedite deliveries and emergency purchases. 
• Participate in all training programs made available and stay current with new products and updates.

Pay: Hourly (after 60 days hourly plus commission)   

Hours:  Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
